I'm feelin' that. I always feel better after a cleanse (twice a year). I think it also has helped in my weight loss which has lowered my cholesterol and prevented me from going on meds to do it. I am a beleiver.
ReplyDeleteI've never actually done a colon cleanse. While I've heard many good things about the after effects of the cleanse (weight loss, feeling better/lighter, improved energy, etc...), I am still a little hesitant to try them. Those that were recommended to me have not been approved by the FDA for safety and effectiveness. So what advice would you give someone who is a skeptic? (Not so much a skeptic about whether or not they work, rather whether or not they are safe.)
ReplyDeletePastor Sam often uses the Web MD site to glean info on a variety of health subjects. Here's something from their site on the subject:
ReplyDelete“There are two main colon-cleansing methods. One involves buying products; the other involves seeing a practitioner to have a colon irrigation.

Pastor Sam & I have had good results and no adverse effects with the product we use, but I understand your concerns. Hope this helps.
I forgot to share that I took a ten day colon cleanse from a well know Doctor in Allentown, PA. His name is Dr. Burton. His web address is on the right. Please check his web site out. By the way, he is an internal medicine doctor.
ReplyDeleteAnother good item to consider is Apple Cider Vinegar. It helps the body in many ways, such as; it helps promote a youthful skin and vibrant healthy body, it helps remove artery plaque and body toxins, and it helps fight germs, veruses, bacteria and mold naturally. ReplyDeleteTo Anonymous: I recommend see your doctor and get a full check up. Also, stop eating white products, such as white sugar, white flower or any thing made with white sugar and white flower.
ReplyDeleteI also, challenge you to try energy greens from the Institute for Vibrant Living. Web site is to your right. Hope this helps.
